Coffee 54% percent of Americans drink it every day and I have to say I did not start drinking it until about 3 years ago when I started feeling tired and dragged down every day little did I know it has a lot to do with lack of exercise and what I eat but all the same I feel coffee helps me focus more and be more productive.
