Maine Wildlife Park Gray, Maine

Last week I visited the Maine Wildlife Park located in Gray, ME. This is such a neat place to see local wildlife that you would see in the wild but have not had the chance yet. All the animals here are monitored by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife so these animals are either healing from an injury, been abandoned by their momma and some will be released into the wild again. I really enjoyed seeing the animals as I have never been here I got to see a moose which I have seen in the wild in Greenville, ME when I was a younger but they are such a magnificent creature. I also saw bears, foxes, pheasant, wild turkeys and so much more. If you every visit Maine or currently live here this place is worth the visit it is small so you will go through it in no time but cute. On Saturdays they offer different events to see. Visit http://www.maine.gov/ifw/education/wildlifepark/ to learn more.
