Yum Yum Dishes Review & Giveaway

Founded by Tracy Adler Yum Yum Dishes is a portion control dish so you will not over eat as a kitchen can be a danger zone for some and eating becomes a unconscious decision as we do it and do not realize how much we eat I am included and I hope someday to be able to have a healthier relationship with food. Yum Yum Dishes sent me a 4 ounce snack portion bowl which comes with a lid and 9 inch dinner plate and on the dishes they say yum yum time is over.
My Opinion: I really love these dishes and the portion size is perfect to take anywhere and durable. It is really going to help me get on track for the New Year when I start eating smaller portions again. The holiday was hard as it made me eat more and more than likely gain a few pounds, great for adults and children alike. With the new year here we all make a resolution to do with weight i am sure so yum yum dishes are perfect for that.
