In the quest to eat healthier options rather for breakfast or a snack Nutcase is a great option made in the kitchen of Lisa Scotto. Made with almonds, pecans, unsweetened coconut and pine nuts, this is recommended to eat with almond milk. This Nutcase mix is part of a Paleo diet, Gluten Free not to mention 2.5 teaspoons has 170 calories,6 carbs which is not bad. I got to review a bag of these and I have to say a very interesting flavor and with the almond milk it does taste good. This I think would be great to eat as a snack, on oatmeal or in a yogurt as a granola.
