Diet To Go


In this fast paced world we live in who has time to eat healthy and right? I know I need to but my excuse is I have to prepare it before heading to work and also fit in any exercise routine I sometimes find it difficult. I was glad to find diet to go which you customize a plan of Traditional, Vegetarian or Lob Carb along with a free diet analysis. I did the Diet Analysis and I am overweight so they suggested the 1,600 calorie diet with and I am embarrassed of gaining so much weight back in one year I feel like I am on a roller coaster and spinning out of control. So I got a week’s worth of meals which are breakfast, lunch and dinner. With any diet program there will be things you like and then some you do not like as you are making a change. These meals arrived frozen and labeled so I knew what was in each and every one of them. Some of the meals I got were Grilled Cheese, Thai style chicken, chicken tenders, baked spaghetti, Corn muffin with yogurt, and spread along with orange juice and turkey burger.

My Opinion: I really like this service it is by far one of the best diet meals I have tried so far with a more homemade taste compared to being full of preservatives and unhealthy things. I liked some of the meals and some I did not as at times I am a picky eater. I like how they came packaged to know what amount to eat as it was one meal.
