Alpina Yogurt NBA All Stars and Greek Cafe

I try to eat yogurt a few times a day as it is lower in fat and have some great ingredients that your body needs like good bacteria for your digestive tract, protein and calcium, vitamin B-2, B-12, potassium, and magnesium. I recently found a new yogurt in my area called Alpina and they sent me some yummy flavors to try and they are The NBA All-Star with a cookie or candy topping I got cookies and cream, dunkers and mini gems. Each package includes a sticker of an NBA star. With is just 120 calories, four grams of protein and 10 percent of an adult's recommended daily allowance of calcium per serving.
I also got the Greek cafĂ© flavors in Mocha, Caramel Macchiato, Vanilla Latte, and Coffee.  This is a combination of smooth creamy Greek yogurt and the robust bold taste of real coffee.

My Opinion: I love coffee so these Greek yogurts are tasty just trying to get used to coffee in another form then just drinking it has been fun. The NBA Al—Stars is also very tasty as I can mix in come chocolate for a sweet tooth craving to satisfy me and the flavor is nice.
