MealEnders

Trying to lose weight is difficulty and the older you get the harder it can be. I know for me I have gained weight since losing my job on July 1, 2015 and I have been discouraged and feel like I am on a roller coaster and feel out of control with eating some days. I have to lose at least 50 pounds to be healthy but I will settle with 5 to motivate me. I know at meal time I can eat and try to limit myself to smaller potions but then you feel hungry still and who wants that? I recently discovered MealEnders which is a signaling lozenge which tells your brain ok I am no longer hunger. These are low calorie, stimulant free and come in the flavors of Chocolate Mint, Cinnamon, Citrus and Mocha. The way it works is MealEnders’ active-taste formula rewards and resets your taste buds, distracting you from the temptation to overindulge.  First the delicious Reward Layer treats you to the sweet taste of dessert a signal we typically associate with the end of a meal.  Then the Inner Core’s Active-Taste Layer releases a proprietary blend of gentle, cool tingling sensations on the tongue, which engage the trigeminal nerve, distracting your mind from the urge to continue overeating.  You can feel your MealEnder go to work instantly.

My Opinion: I really like them all but my favorite is the cinnamon one and I take one of these when I am done with my meal of portion control to lose weight and it really does satisfy me and keep me from over eating and that is so awesome as I am tired of being this weight.

About MealEnders: As I grew older and started to battle my beltline, I discovered that the biggest obstacles to managing my weight were knowing when to end meals and avoiding unnecessary snacks.  Too often, I had a big plate of spaghetti, but still felt hungry and ate seconds (and often thirds).  And it wasn’t just spaghetti.  I would say “one cookie” and eat five.  I would eat my wife’s or daughter’s leftovers after I had finished my own meal.
After a few annual physicals raised some red flags, my doctor suggested that, before putting me on any medication, I should try to lose a few pounds to see if that would solve the issues.  My need to break this unhealthy overeating habit had become imperative.  I was really challenged; I wanted to change, but couldn’t do it alone.  I needed something to help me stop overeating.  I needed a little boost of willpower.

  1. Interesting product. I followed on twitter to learn more about them. I do that with my Chocolate Mint Stevia syrup as a sub for dessert, which I normally do not eat. Thanks for the review. ~Deb
