I eat a lot of burgers in my home rather it is the turkey of beef but I typically will buy them frozen as I hate buying it ground then I have to make equal patties roll them out and then form them. With the Zyliss Burger Press, I can get it done quicker and easier as is the perfect grilling tool for anyone who wants the perfect burger! Mold your patties into the perfect shape, thickness and weight for the most tender, juicy burgers to come off a grill. The way you do it takes some ground meat and before you begin you would adjust the thickness for a ½ lb or ¼ lb. then place in the press next put the top down to shape then pull out the bottom tray to flip which does not damage the burger and press that side to the thickness chosen. Lastly, clean up is a breeze as this is dishwasher safe for next time you use it.
My Opinion: After I figured out how to turn the press to the desired burger size I found it easy to do and make patties and now I can save money at the store by buying ground meat to make my own patties and when summer comes I am looking forward to using the grill.
