Don't Dig For Water Under An Outhouse and Other Cowboy Commandments By Texas Bix Bender

I love reading books and quotes are good to as they are typically one line and you can think about it all day. I recently found a book called Don’t Dig For Water Under An Outhouse and Other Cowboy Commandments By Texas Bix Bender which has Henry Ward Beecher said: “the common sense of one century is the common sense of the next.” That said, these pocket-sized humor books pack quite a bit of punch lines that is. With more than 1.5 million copies in print, their all-new look will leave a whole new generation in stitches! It has 128 pages and some of the humor insides are never miss a good chance to shut up, ride with your head not your butt, no whining and never hurry weak stock.

My Opinion: This is a funny book that I will have to share with my dad and husband as it has some great saying. You might even see them show up on my Facebook Page as a thought of the day. Every page I read in this book I chuckle and think about what it means if I do not get it first off.
About the author: Texas Bix Bender is the author of eighteen books, including the best-selling Don't Squat With Yer Spurs On series. He has written for television and radio shows, including Hee Haw, the Nashville Network's Tumbleweed Theater, and Riders Radio Theater. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
