I love cookies and when I had the opportunity to review Cybele’s Free To Eat I was excited as I wanted to see what other cookies are out there on the market. These cookies are certified gluten-free, free of the top eight allergens which are dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish; certified kosher, certified vegan and GMO-free. I was sent Oatmeal Raisin which is made with gluten-free oats, raisins, and other ingredients. I also got Snickerdoodle which is made with gluten-free flour,cinnamon, rice milk, and other ingredients.
My Opinion: I really enjoyed how soft the oatmeal raisin cookies were and very tasty but I over indulged and got a stomach ache. The Snickerdoodle were okay and also very soft but I did not enjoy them as much as the oatmeal raisin. I would’ve preferred other flavors that they have which are chocolate chip and chocolate chunk brownie. I do like that they are low in fat and calories.
