LoveBug Doula Holiday Gift Guide 2016

LoveBug Natural Essentials skin care line is comprised of handmade, affordable products that aid in post pregnancy healing in the soothing of everything from mom's nipples to babies boo-boos. I was sent the Prenatal & Postpartum Survival Kit which retails for $40 and it includes:
Luscious Lips - Peppermint Lip Balm – Refreshing, moisturizing, and the peppermint can help with nausea & exhaustion.
Gnarly Nips - 1oz - Nipple Butter to start at 39 weeks and continue until you no longer have sore nipples.

Calendula Jelly - 2oz - Petroleum Free Healing Ointment for Cuts n' Butts - Promotes Healing of Diaper Rash, Eczema, Scratches, Cradle Cap, C-Section, & Circumcision.
V-Spray - 4oz - Helps heal & relieve pain from Hemorrhoids, Episiotomies, & Natural Tears. A great postpartum spray to help heal and soothe.
Organic Coconut Oil - .25oz - Apply to newborns bottom before the first diaper to prevent the meconium from sticking to baby's tush. Using this every, diaper change until the meconium is cleared helps keep a clean tush and happy baby.
Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea - Drink 3-4 cups a day during the 3rd trimester to help tone the uterus and make contractions during labor more effective.

Bangin’ Boo Boos this is an all-natural first-aid balm and herbal salve which can help heal, relieve pain and prevent infections of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. Some of the ingredients are comfrey root, calendula flowers, coconut oil, organic beeswax, local raw honey and so much more.

My Opinion: I think these are great for new moms and/or baby shower gifts. I like how all these gifts are natural along with helping before and after pregnancy. The first aid balm is also great and I like the smell when I put on any bruises or cuts.
I never knew what a Doula was so I want to let you know what one is. It is a trained non-medical professional who assists you before, during and after childbirth.
