My Opinion: I liked the taste of the Dark Chocolate bar and since it does not spike sugar I noticed I do not get moody and crabby as I do with other sweets. The peanut Butter also tastes good and what I am saying is I like the flavor of all of them. It was satisfying and I did not notice a huge difference from my normal sweets and jams. My dad just suffered a lifestyle change and these are perfect as he must be low sodium, low sugar and low potassium which these seem to fit that category.
