My Opinion: I do get bored with the exercise routine and I think that is why I fall off the wagon and stop even though I am seeing results. This book does offer some great tips from calorie consumption to beginner phase work out that does show you a weekly schedule and illustrated picture that makes it easy to follow. I really like it so I am going to give it a shot.
