My Opinion: I read a lot of books regarding essential oil and I really like how this one is very detailed tells you the guidelines for using each essential oil for example if you use peppermint and personal care products tells you the benefits, the conditions, and the quantity. This is a great read if you’re really into essential oils and making your own products at home.
