Change Happens By Kathryn & Ross Petras

Change Happens By Kathryn & Ross Petras from Workman Publishing. Exciting. But often painful. Exhilarating, but unsettling. Clarifying. Bewildering. Unpredictable, and yet inevitable. And usually all those things at the same time. Like it or not, change happens, and when it does, here is a little book that office to support a collection of very wise words by Barry change people who know just how you feel. “Change is not merely necessary to life it is life.” That’s Alvin Toffler, characteristically stating the profound in a profoundly direct way. And yes, even when we see change coming as we’re about to graduate from school, take a new job, get married it’s still not so easy to accept. And when we don’t see it coming oof, we have an even harder time. Here to help us embrace change and defuse its unsettling power is Change Happens, a full-color illustrated gift book to consult, to share, to give, and to keep on a night table.

Some of the things inside are growth: if we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we are not really living. Gail sheehy-writer. Adapting: intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.-Stephen Hawking-physicists. Making change happen: in time such as ours, however, when there is too much order, too much management, too much programming and control, it becomes a duty of superior men and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt in disruption.- Tom Robbins writer.
My Opinion: I really enjoyed reading this book of quotes as we all have something we can take from it and contemplate on and right now, going through a lot of things some BN change, faith, trust in people, and more. I really liked reading it and take him little pieces of wisdom from the book.
