The Complete Fibromyalgia Health, Diet Guide & Cookbook By Dr. Louise S. McCrindle & Dr. Alison C. Bested

The Complete Fibromyalgia Health, Diet Guide & Cookbook By Dr. Louise S. McCrindle & Dr. Alison C. Bested from Robert Rose. 438,900 people in Canada and an estimated 5 million adults in the United States have fibromyalgia.
This book, written by leading experts on fibromyalgia, gives common-sense tools that will help fibromyalgia patients help themselves on the road to improvement and perhaps recovery. Not so very long ago, fibromyalgia was thought to be a psychosomatic illness it was all in your head and received little attention. Although attitudes have begun to change, it’s still difficult to get a doctor to diagnose and treat fibromyalgia. The goal of this book is to help patients improve their ability to function and their quality of life. This outstanding resource provides the necessary hope, support, and resources for a condition that is often misunderstood left undiagnosed and untreated.

My Opinion: I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia is 2017 by a great doctor and he told me it was not in my head like many in the past have told me and I felt so relieved finally someone who believes me and knows what I am experiencing. This book offered me a lot of information on how to manage it better from my diet, exercising, medication etc. I learned so much that I did not know previously.

  4. It reminded me of the story we learnt in in school days, which showed a guy what to observe every single disease he searched for in a book. Same might be the case if you start reading guides instead of visiting the doctor, and if it is for research work, try hiring https://www.assignmentsexperts.co.uk/instant-assignment-helper/ instead. For professional writers.
