My Opinion: I needed this book as my life is so
lonely right now and things are less than perfect and I have been severely
depressed lately and driving people away from me I love and it sucks as I do
not know if they understand what I am going through. I got help from this book
and support I needed to stop some of the habits and make better ones and stop
pushing those I love away.
