Mad Words History of the World Part 1 ½: Silly Story Fill-Ins by Jenny Patterson & Meridith Berk

Mad Words History of the World Part 1 ½: Silly Story Fill-Ins by Jenny Patterson & Meridith Berk from Old Town Publishing.  A Fresh Spin on the Classic Word Game, Mad Libs. Kids and adults alike will enjoy these silly story fill-ins.  Each of the 30 unique stories included in this volume offers a new opportunity to produce side-splitting silliness.

Before each story the narrator will find a special word list he or she can use to make suggestions and add variety to the vocabulary used in the fill-ins.

Another special feature of the Mad Words series is the printable word lists in the back of the book which players can use to add depth and additional humor to their silly answers. Doing Mad Words is an amazing way to practice parts of speech, increase vocabulary, build creativity, and have a wonderful and uproarious time.

Great for parties, family gatherings, holiday get-togethers, or just an evening’s entertainment.

Here are the titles for the truly silly Mad Words fill-in stories included in this volume:

Come On Baby, Light My Fire

The Sharpest Tool in The Shed

It’s the Wheel of Fortune

The Writing on The Wall

Caveman Music… More Than Just A Rock Band

Look to The Skies (Astronomy)

The Great and The Really Good Pyramids

My Opinion: I love Mad Libs and I used to get them for Christmas when I was a kid and it really challenges your English as you have to remember nouns, verbs, etc.. But coming up with a silly story is fun and makes you laugh! This book is a blast to use and for ages 8 and up!
