I was recently send Mamma Chia granola to try and the flavors I got were Wild Blue berry Clusters, Vanilla Almond Clusters and Cinnamon Pecan Clusters each bag is baked with 1500 mg of Omega 3’s, 10 grams of protein,5 grams of fiber, 220 calories, Gluten Free whole grains and retails for $6.49. Like all Mamma Chia products, the new Chia Vitality Granola Clusters are Non-GMO, gluten-free, Kosher, USDA Certified Organic, and honestly good for you! Chia Vitality Granola is delicious for breakfast or great for an on-the-go snack. Kids love it as well as adults .Mamma Chia’s Chia Vitality Granola is literally bursting with chia seeds that you can see in every bite.
My Opinion: I tried the Wild Blueberry flavor so far and they smell like a blueberry and my first impression looking at it was it looks dry unlike your normal granola but I go like the flavor and it is good mixed with yogurt which is my favorite way to eat it.
Chia seed benefits: Chia seeds are the richest plant-based source of Omega-3's on the planet; they are an excellent source of dietary fiber, complete protein and antioxidants, both the Maya and Aztecs held this ancient seed in high esteem for increasing vitality, strength, and overall good health.

ABOUT MAMMA CHIA:
The leader of the chia revolution, Mamma Chia revolutionized the beverage industry by launching the first chia beverage in 2011, followed by the first of its kind, innovative Chia Squeeze. Late last year Mamma Chia rocked the energy drink world with the introduction of the Mamma Chia Organic Clean Energy beverage – a revolutionary clean energy drink that combines the powerful nutrients of chia with the pure, clean energy of guayusa and refreshing organic fruit juices.
ABOUT MAMMA CHIA’S FOUNDER JANIE HOFFMAN:
Founder and C.E.O. Janie Hoffman created Mamma Chia in the kitchen of her small rural San Diego county farm. Janie had suffered for over a decade from a variety of severe autoimmune issues that left her with barely enough energy to leave the house, muscle fatigue and horrible side effects. After years of searching for something to abate her symptoms she discovered chia, which had such a profound impact on her health and well-being she decided to launch Mamma Chia as a way to share chia with the world. Since then, she has grown Mamma Chia into a national brand and helped the chia seed – once a fairly obscure ingredient – become widely accessible to everyone.
