I recently have been taken a liking to essential oils and the natural benefits they have so I saw Spark Naturals and had to get some to try and they sent me the Essential 2 Pack in 5 ml sizes and the scents were Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint and Melalecua. This kit is for the first time essential oil user in mind. We created this kit with the most common oils to help meet the challenges that we face as a result of living in today’s modern society. So if you have always wanted to try essential oils, try our Essential 4 kit that has been packed with four of the most popular oils used today.
I have a book called An Introductory Guide Essential Oils and Aromatherapy which I am learning a lot from and trying new things with in it. I used the Peppermint oil for the relief of gas and blotting, I applied 3-6 drops on my hands and rubbed both hands together and I rubbed on my stomach area around the navel. This absorbs in to the skin to help relive gas, blotting and intestinal problems.
My Opinion: Again I like this little package to get you going in to the world of essential oils and like that they come in a container for easy storing. I am going to be a pro at making my own products from shampoo, soap, lip balm and natural health remedies in no time I might open my own store someday.
Since Flu season is among us that’s when essential oils can help you weather the storm, especially when you use them in a humidifier, since flu viruses thrive in a cool.
Recipe: 5 drops essential oil (good choices: cinnamon, eucalyptus, frankincense, lavender, lemon, oregano, peppermint, ravensara, rosemary, sage, tea tree, or thyme) 1. Add one or a blend of the essential oils to the water in your humidifier. 2. Turn the humidifier on, and let it run all day and overnight. 3. Clean the humidifier and repeat this treatment for 3 to 5 days, or until the congestion is relieved.
