Sometimes I need some caffeine and energy to keep me focused and Energems do just that. These little candies which come in Mint, Chocolate and Peanut Butter and look like M&M’s but twice the size are delicious and also contain B Vitamins and did I mention it is only 5 calories each? You may be wondering how many should I eat and the answer is Yes- 

3 equal l energy drink so that would depend how wired do you want to be? I know for myself I want just one as I am just looking for a pick me up and keep me going and focused.

My Opinion: I thought they were too bitter for my liking. Need more colors then just red for Milk Chocolate.
