I suffer from back,
neck and circulation problems. I never realized I also slouched so much when
sitting or walking not sure why I do but I realized that can’t be good for you.
I recently discovered Royal Posture which energizes and aligns your spine. It
helps to improve posture as poor posture can strain your neck and back. Royal
Posture comes in two sizes S/M unisex for men waist size 25-36 and women size
0-16, L/XL men’s waist size 37”-58” and women size 18-38. The way you wear it
is over clothes or under clothes whatever you are comfortable with you slide
your shoulders in adjust the straps if needed and loop the waistband strap
around your stomach trough the metal ring , fold the strap over and finally
fasten securely.
My Opinion: I got the
size S/M which is the wrong size for me so I was not able to try it out
accurately. I do like the idea and the way it is designed to fit to help with
neck pain and back aches as I do suffer from them severely. The Royal Posture
is a great price for what you get.
