I found this great idea for an expecting mom it is My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear Collection. Not only are they cute, they are also cuddly and a keepsake. You get an adorable stuffed animal and a 20- second red heart battery recorder that captures the sound of your baby’s heartbeat during your next ultrasound. These come in 16 different Heartbeat animals to name a few best sellers are giraffes, elephants, monkeys, lambs and tan bears. This retail for $35 and was created by a registered diagnostic medical sonographer and mom of twins.
I chose the deer which is made with a very soft fleece like material, with a Velcro closure opening on the back where you can place a recorded heartbeat. It is approximately 11 inches tall.
My Opinion: this is a great gift for a baby shower or maybe you want to give it as a Christmas gift. I can’t imagine anything more special than recording your baby’s heartbeat and a stuffed animal and to have it for years to come. This may help a mom heal who has recently suffered a loss of a child and/or a miscarriage to help get through it.
