Next what happens is they send you a fort impression kit with the return of bowl self-addressed label. 

You just stepped in it with both feet so they can measure it accurately and return to them. Then they send you the inserts that fall the measurement of the foot impression kit you sent back to them. My Opinion: I have been testing my out for a couple weeks now and I really like how they fit in my shoes and are comfortable on my feet. They help make my back pain bearable and tolerable when I walk for long periods of time.
