I did not color treat my hair before using so I only got red tints. It works better if it is color treated first

My Opinion: I tried the bright red without coloring it red first and I noticed it gave me a slight red color to my hair and I had left it on 5 minutes. I was impressed with what I got as I did not read the instructions first. I had no irritations on my scalp either.
