Salba Smart Chia Seeds Review & Giveaway

You may remember the commercial for chia pets but did you know that these seeds are great for you ? They are used for energy and nutrition to be eaten daily in what ever you eat or drink.  I have always wanted to try Chia Seeds so here I am trying Salba Smart Chia Seeds I got a bag of Whole Seeds, individual packets of whole seeds and ground seeds. I like the individual packets as they can be taken anywhere and perfect after a day of running or any outdoor exercise as you can put it right in your pocket or backpack. Did you know these seeds also help curb appetite and makes you feel fuller that is originally what drew me to these as I am currently on an eaten better program and losing weight.
