Established in 1950 King’s Hawaiian sweet bread and rolls were made in a bakery in Hilo, Hawaii by Robert Tiara and today you see the rolls and breads at your local store near the deli in the familiar orange ,clear and white package. I recently got to review some of the products and all I could find locally was the Original Hawaiian Sweet 12 Pack Dinner Rolls which has a melt in your mouth texture which is soft and fluffy with just the right touch of sweetness. These can be used for sliders which include burgers, sandwiches or with a meal.
My Opinion: I really like these and used some around Christmas time to have with ham, mashed potatoes, gravy and made a nice addition. They were truly very soft not to mention fluffy along with just the right about of sweetness. As you may also know Arby’s uses them for some of their sandwiches as well.
These would also be perfect for the upcoming super bowl party you may be hosting or any upcoming gather for a birthday etc.
They also have Hotdog rolls, Hamburg buns, Honey Wheat, Savory Butter and more at http://www.kingshawaiian.com/ products
