Krunchy Melts

Krunchy Melts are low in fat and calories as they are meringues that come in original or sugar free and I was sent some to review. I got the Vanilla 2 oz. tub, Grab N’ Go Cups with is 1oz. in the flavors Strawberry, Dulce de Leche, Cappuccino, Vanilla and Chocolate. Snack Packs 0.5 oz bag in the flavor Dluce de Leche . All these have only 100 Calories, All Natural,  Fat Free, Gluten Free, Ou Kosher.

My Opinion: I really enjoyed these Krunchy Melts as I am currently starting a lower fat diet this will help me when I am looking for something to satisfy my cravings. The flavor is nice and they melt right in my mouth.

Pizza Fit N' Free Review

Do you really love pizza but worry about all those Fat, Calories and Sodium? Well,
I found a pizza called Fit N’ Free. I would like to compare Nutrition information from Celeste’s Original 4 Cheese Pizza Personal sized to Fit N’ Free Personal sized Cheese Pizza.

Carbs: 38 GNow look at the differences! The Fit N’ Free is also sugar free which is good for diabetics. So I was able to try the pizza and I have got to say it was hard to melt the cheese at the temperature I cooked it at as stated on the container and I ended up burning it slightly. The taste is good but there is not a lot of flavor and I do not like it left over. What I liked the fact I can eat pizza without all the guilt and can lose weight still that is a plus to a dieter.
