Nature's Bakery

I recently tried Nature’s Bakery and I have to say they make 100% Whole Wheat fig bars which are Non-GMO, Organic, Cholesterol Free, Dairy Free, Kosher and All Natural. My Opinion: I really enjoy these bars and they are a great snack without weighing you down and give you more energy to burn. I buy and eat these everyday as I love them so much! Better snack for kids as it has less sugar.

Flatout Bread

With the winter months here I want to have good food without all the carbs as I do not get nearly enough exercise as in the summer months. I was glad to find Flat Out breads and able to try so many brads these are thin with lower carbs and calories. You can still enjoy all they hot sandwich options you would normally try on thicker bread such as turkey melt, turkey gobbler, grilled cheese, flatbread pizzas and so much more. I got to try Original Italian Herb, Healthy Honey Wheat, Healthy Whole Grain White, Fold it Traditional White, Pinwheel and more. The possibilities are endless what you can make with these and I will show you one of my creations below:
