Then when Chris and Martin hear a loud dispute between two troops of ring-tailed lemurs, they set off to figure out what the big argument is about and the fun continues. Storybook Treasured Scaredy Squirrel and Blink & Gollie DVD

Scholastic and Cinedigm will be releasing Storybook Treasures Scaredy Squirrel and Bink & Gollie on DVD June 9, 2015 with a SRP $14.93. This stars Scaredy Squirrel who never leaves his nut tree. It is way too dangerous out there! But one day he suddenly finds himself out in the unknown world and ends up discovering something surprising.  Scaredy Squirrel has sold over 1.6 million books worldwide and voted best Book of 2014 by Amazon Editors. Written and Illustrated by Melanie Watt.


Blink & Gollie are marvelous companions who often do not agree on socks, on goldfish or venturing to the Andes. But when compromising these two different girls remain the best of friends. Blink & Gollie was Written by Kate DiCamillo& Alison McGhee and Illustrated by Tony Fucile.
The dvd features 4 stories along with behind the scenes look at Scaredy Squirrel Makes a Friend, Interview with Author/Illustrator Melanie Watt and interview with Illustrator Tony Fucile and runs 51 minutes long and for ages 4-8.

My Opinion: This is a great DVD that teaches kids about feelings, friendship and respect. I really like the story like and the simplicity of the movie.
