Peak Fit System

With the holidays here in order to maintain or lose weight I decided to try Peak Fit System. I have recently be on the T-25 program but also wanted to see what else is out there as I am new to the healthy lifestyle and still struggle daily. This comes with 10 DVDs, a nutrition guide, a tape measure, Challenge Resistant Bands, Work out calendar and all the support tools you need. The DVDS Run 49-65 minutes long and with the calendar it tells you which days to do what to help with calorie burning, fat burning and lean muscles. Also the nutrition guide is based on male and females and what to eat. The DVDS are Cardio Interval Burn, Cardio Strength 2, Program Intro and Fitness and so much more. My Opinion: I wish they were a little shorter as I do not have a lot of time to work out and they are a challenge for me right now as I am still a beginner but I know they will get easier.

Scarves to me are the ideal accessory. Forget necklaces, bracelets and earrrings - give me a beautiful, colorful scarf and I am set with my outfit! While I do I have a wide variety of scarves, I have never owned one quite as elegant and sophisticated as the wonderful scarf I got from Scialle Luxury Fine Scarves.

The first thing I noticed when opening the box was how wonderful this scarf was packaged. Not only is the scarf itself gorgeous, but it comes packaged wonderfully in tissue paper and an opaque, shimmery gift bag which makes it perfect for gifting!

As soon as I opened the scarf out of the pretty gift bag I immediately fell in love with the softness of it! It is amazingly soft, made of 95% wool and 5% cashmere. When looking at, I thought it may be a bit scratchy but it definitely is not!

What I also loved about this scarf is how large it is. at 51" inches tall and long, this scarf is huge! However, since it is so light weight, you are able to double and triple it over to however you want to rock it with your outfit. Since it is so big, there are so many ways you can wear it as well! On the website, they even give you a few ideas on how to wear a square scarf, you can see them HERE!

Even with this scarf being so big, there are so many great details to it. The gorgeous flowers with orange, red, and yellow are all outlined with this gorgeous taupe color. The background has these wonderful shades of blues and browns which really gives the scarf a nice balance and richness to it.

Overall, I think this scarf, and any of the other luxury scarves, would be an excellent gift for any girl or woman, even for the woman who has everything!

Sanitarium

A new horror movie from Image Entertainment and RLJ Entertainment will be released on DVD and Digital Download called Sanitarium. My Opinion: All I can say is wow this definitely challenges my perception of reality and fantasy along with my mental health state. This had me afraid to look at the screen at times but captivated. Not sure if I will be able to sleep for days now after this movie.

10 cups popped popcorn

1 (1-lb.) package large marshmallows

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

Decorations: sprinkles, licorice, gum drops, cinnamon candies, etc.

Here's How:
Melt marshmallows and butter in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Pour over popcorn and stir. Butter hands well and form into balls. Decorate as desired.

Yield: 10 balls, 5 Snowmen (2 balls each)
