I was recently browsing the internet when this company caught my eye they are Bixby Bars. They make chocolates which are Non-GMO, Handmade, All Natural, some are Vegan, Gluten Free, Youth Trade. Kate developed these bars as being on the first women’s golf team and found a lot of the snacks for golfing were full of corn syrup, preservatives and other additives. I got to try each one of the 1.5 oz bars.
Heart’s Delight which has 72% Dark Chocolate, Almonds, Strawberries and Ceylon Cinnamon.
Mulligan’s Chocolate Bar has Milk Chocolate 34%, Walnuts, Zante Currant and Vietnamese Cinnamon.
Birdie’s Chocolate Bar is 72% Dark Chocolate, Hazelnuts, Black Currents and Fleur De Sel
To The Nines’ Chocolate Bar which is White Chocolate, Pistachios, Almonds,Goji Berries and Cardamom
Whippersnapper’s Chocolate Bar has 72% Dark Chocolate, Walnuts, Wild Maine Blueberries and Tellicherry Black Pepper
Knockout Chocolate Bar has 34% Milk Chocolate, Peanuts, Bing Cherries and Chipotle Pepper
My Opinion: I love these little chocolate bars which are so tasty, the flavor combinations taste better than you would think, reasonable amount of calories. I also love the fact of being Non-GMO.
