New Orleans Roast is obviously located in Louisiana and
if it wasn't for elaborate parties and half naked women, New Orleans would most
likely be known for its coffee. In fact, one-third of all the coffee on the
continent arrives through the Port of New Orleans. New Orleans Roast experts
travel the world to learn as much as they can about the quality of coffee they
buy. No detail is too small to be considered; from farming methods to climate
and cloud cover. Only a small percentage of the world coffee bean crop is
deemed exceptional enough for use by New Orleans Roast. Our coffee beans are
selected from the top 10% of the 8 million tons of coffee that is harvested
annually. At our roasting facility, located in the Marigny of New Orleans, our
Roastmaster hand selects and slow roasts these beans in small batches to create
a specialty blend of gourmet 100% Arabica coffee that's as unique and flavorful
as the city it calls home. New Orleans Roast can be found in multiple outlets,
ranging from Hotels, Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Offices, Airports and
more. Our goal is to provide a high quality coffee experience wherever you are.
I got to review a variety of products like Single
Serve Dark Roast which a traditional French roast, with its bittersweet flavor
and rich, smooth character, is a blend deeply rooted in New Orleans.
Single Serve Medium Roast the roasting process of
our Medium Roast allows the true flavors and characteristics of the coffee to
emerge, resulting in no bitter aftertaste.
Single Serve Southern Pecan Our signature Southern
Pecan flavor is created using a mild coffee, which allows the essence of the
actual flavor to be the focal point. Having a Medium-bodied, mild acidity with
no bitter aftertaste.
Family Sized Tea Bags A specialty blend of high
quality tea leaves that are hand-selected for New Orleans Roast, delivering a
smooth and refreshing finish you won't find anywhere else; Comes in a 24 Count
box.
I also got three bags of coffee in Dark Roast,
Medium Roast and Southern Pecan.
My Opinion: My husband tested these out and loved
the Dark Roast the best so far but found them all equally tasty. I enjoyed the
tea which I brewed and made an iced tea which I love instead of a sugar drink.
