My Opinion: I found this was a great lumbar support as I put it in my chair and leaned back against it and it felt very comfortable to use at my computer desk it can also be used in your car while you’re driving or on the couch, I guess anywhere you want to support in your back. I like the black mesh cover as it is breathable and vents really well.
