Eat2explore is just in time for the Summer Olympics as you can learn about different cultures. As one of the oldest European civilizations, Greece has local traditions of food and culture dated back 4000 years.
In their Explore Greece Box, they introduce families and kids to basic information about the country and to Greek Easter, Greece's most important religious festival. Included in the box are 3 popular recipes, and educational materials to learn about the country's geography, history, music, art, and language.
My Opinion: I know cooking and food brings people
together so I was excited to try this kit as it has Baked Fish/ cauliflower
steak with roasted vegetables, Lamburgers/ Greek veggie burger with tomato
& cucumber salad. Souvlaki with lettuce, tzatziki, and pita pockets. I made
the lamburger pita pocket and they were yummy.
