My Opinion: The scale has never been my friend and I
cringe each time I step on a scale but I also need to know my weight to make me
accountable besides feeling my clothes getting tight so hopefully give me
motivation to exercise more and stay active. This scale is easy to use and I
placed it on my wood floor in the bathroom, downloaded the app and each day saw
the comparison.
