Made in Spain is Isabel Tuna and recently I was able to review some of their products and what I was sent was Solid Light Tune in Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a 3 ¼ oz can and Vegetable Medley with Chunky Light Tuna which has peas, red peppers, carrots and onions. If you know the great properties of tuna having low calories and Omega 3’s then you may already eat it and including in your everyday diet. I love tuna as it is low in fat, calories and great for you. I usually mix with mayo and spread on bread, flat bread, pita pocket or scoop with chips and crackers adding pickles is also very tasty.

I am not a big fan of the Vegetable Medley salad bowl as I do not like veggies with my tuna.
