The Scribbler

XLrator Media will be releasing The Scribbler on October 21, 2014 on DVD and Blu-Ray,it is directed by John Suits and written by Dan Schaffer. This movie stars Katie Cassidy (Arrow TV Series), Garret Dillahunt (12 Years a Slave), Michelle Trachtenberg (Gossip Girls TV Series), Michael Imperioli (The Sopranos), Gina Gershon (Anger Management TV Series), Ashlynn Yennie (True Blood TV Series), Eliza Dushku (Noah) and Billy Campbell (Copperhead).

This is about Suki who is a young women confronting her destructive mental illness using “The Siamese Burn” an experimental machine designed to eliminate multiple personalities. The closer Suki comes to being “cured” she’s haunted by a thought…what if the last unwanted identity turns out to be her?

My Opinion: This movie was intense and not all i expected and pleasantly i enjoyed it as i am not a big Sci-Fi fan. 

This Sci-Fi runs about 90 minutes long and rated R.

Poesidon Rex

ITN Distribution on Tuesday May 13, 2014 will be releasing Poseidon Rex on DVD and Digital Download. This movie is under the genre of Sci-Fi /Acton and Adventure and directed by Mark L. Kester who directed Firestarter and Commando. This stars Brian Krause (Charmed), Anne McDaniels (The Unknown Trilogy) Steven Helmkemp (The brothers Sinclair) and Candice Nunes (Magic Hour). This runs 79 minutes and is about an island off the coast of Belize which is small and secluded. Suddenly finds themselves terrorized by a deadly predator from the planet’s distant past when deep sea divers accidentally awaken an ancient evil. Jackson Slate and his team of underwater cave explorers unearth much more than long lost Mayan treasures. They disturb a creature that’s been hibernating for over 60,000 years a rampaging behemoth of death and destruction at sea and land.

My Opinion: Well, I am not a sci-fi fan so I was not impressed as it was hard to believe and I was just bored with it part of the way through. There was lots of action.
