Proteins are the building blocks of life and every cell in the human body contains protein as you need this in your body to repair cells and make new ones. I recently got to review ProYo is 4 ounces of smooth, delicious frozen yogurt. That delivers 20 grams of clean protein that is 40% of the recommended daily value for adults along with healthy probiotics and prebiotics for easy digestion.

 They come in for flavors Blueberry Pomegranate which has a balanced harmony of super fruit and protein packed creamy frozen yogurt that tastes like premium ice cream. Dutch Chocolate has chocolate and protein packed creamy frozen yogurt. Banana Vanilla with a balanced harmony of super fruit and protein packed creamy frozen yogurt. Vanilla Bean with a balanced harmony of vanilla and protein packed creamy frozen yogurt. Each box contains three tubes and since there are no artificial colors, flavors or binders this will be firmer than most ice cream or frozen desserts when it comes out of the freezer. What you’ll need to do is thaw for 3 to 5 minutes or if you don’t want to wait for 3 to 5 minutes you can far it by running some cold tap water along the edge of the tube.

My Opinion: these are a very different frozen treat and I actually try and do high proteins diet as it fills me up and I can’t process carbs very well. The tubes are very flavorful and fill you up and they are bigger than let’s say a freeze pop is not the best analogy but you’ll get the idea what I’m talking about.

The Frozen Bean is a company that sells beverage mixes to food service industry. I recently was sent some packets to sample which are Vanilla Bean Latte, Coffee Latte, Pistachio, Coconut, Strawberry Banana, Orange Creamsicle, Belgian Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Banana.  You mix this with water or milk also ice then put in the blender so far I have tried the Pistachio and it came out like a milkshake and was rather tasty but I did notice it was sweet so I will modify that on my next one with either more milk or less mix.

EcoMe Review and Giveaway

I was recently given the opportunity to review ECOME which is a great company that has eco-friendly products which are free of Sulfates, Perfumes, Dyes and Preservatives. I got the Vanilla Bean Laundry Detergent; I am such a vanilla lover so this was perfect you just need a small cap full per load which is less than the other companies. This is tough on dirt, pure and natural. I used this on my laundry and the scent of vanilla was nice on my clothes and it worked very well at cleaning my clothes also. Besides laundry detergent they have dish soap, air fresher’s, Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Stainless Steel Polish.
