Level Foods Review & Giveaway
If you have not heard of Level Foods but they have products that help manage diabetes and lose weight at the same time. I know as knowing someone who is diabetic and being pre-diabetes how important this is I worry every day that I will have to start insulin so o need to watch out and be more active and watch what I eat. I was sent a variety of things from Level Life that are fairly new on the market and they are Glucose Gels in the flavors Strawberry-Banana, Mandarin Orange, Vanilla and Green Apple these raise your blood sugar quickly so you do not go into diabetic shock.
I also got shakes in the flavors Classic Vanilla, Milk Chocolate, Rich Caramel and Strawberry Crème that are used to make you feel fuller by fighting hunger, gluten free and low glycemic. I also got protein bars and they were Carmel Chocolate Peanut that is covered with a thick layer of caramel and dipped in a rich, chocolaty coating. Double Chocolate Chip with a blend of milk and dark chocolate features crunchy bites of chocolate pieces covered in a thick chocolate coating. Chocolate Crisp Bar with a combination of milk and white chocolate chips gives this bar an incredibly rich flavor, then dunk it a bath of milk chocolaty goodness and Chocolate Peanut Crunch with a sweet chocolate flavor poured over classic roasted peanut pieces. All the bars are low glycemic and gluten free as well.
My Opinion: They are very low in sugar which I noticed right away but have a nice flavor and I like how they are designed for diabetics. My favorite is the Strawberry Crème Shakes and Carmel Chocolate Peanut Bars. I throw in my bag and take to work with me for a mid day snack.
