NuWave Oven Pro Plus

You may have seen the infomercial when flipping through the channels on TV for NuWave Oven Pro Plus this uses infrared heating to make you electric bill be lower every month not to mention leaving your food moist and flavorful. You can cook virtually anything in it from frozen meats, rolls, cookies, meats that are unthawed and more. It has a dome which is 1.25” cooking rack. The NuWave Oven Pro comes with a CD, Recipe book and times to cook what you want to prepare in it.

My Opinion: This fits nicely on my counter and having more than one small appliance to cook many different things you can get rid of them and use only this each part the NuWave Oven Pro Plus comes with can easily be cleaned in the sink or in the dishwasher. The food comes out yummy and hard to think you won’t use your oven as much. The price for this is a bit high so lowering the price for this may be something to look into.

Jimi All Is By My Side

XLRATOR Media will be releasing Jimi All Is by My Side on DVD, VOD and Blu-Ray on January 13, 2015. This movie stars Andre Benjamin ( Musician from Outkast), Hayley Atwell (Captain America), Imogen Poots (Need for Speed)  and Ruth Negga ( ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D) This movie was directed by John Ridley who did 12 Years a Slave.

We all know the music of Jimi Hendrix but now there is a movie based on his life and covers the years 1966-1967. He was an unknown back up guitarist playing New York’s Cheetah Club and made his mark in London’s music scene and eventually captured the respect of audiences during his Monterey Pop triumph. The film presents an intimate portrait of the sensitive young musician on the verge of becoming a rock legend.

My Opinion: This movie shows things I never knew about Jimi Hendrix and how he became the musician he was. I really enjoyed this film and Andre Benjamin plays a great Jimi Hendrix.

One Fur All Pet House Candle

When you have company over to your house you want it be fresh smelling but with pets it can be hard I know where I live I have a little yorkie and a lovebird and when I walk in the house some days it can seem smelly. Before I owned a dog and went to visit others who had one I could smell it clear as day and it was not always pleasant. Pet House Candle from One Fur All has made some candles that can help made with 100% natural soy wax, infused with essential oils, odor neutralizer, dye free, hand poured, reusable jar and made right here in the USA. I was sent Lavender Green Tea and Pumpkin Spice to review.

The Lavender Green Tea has a soothing and calming aroma of French lavender, green tea and white lily livened with crisp citrus, melon and warming. The Pumpkin Spice has a warm and spicy holiday favorite with a blend of pumpkin, cinnamon sugar, maple butter and vanilla bean.

My Opinion: I love these candles and being natural and able to burn up to 70 hours is a plus. I noticed that the pet smell in my house is virtually gone and now I won’t be embarrassed to have people over and trying to cover the smell in my house.

Pet House Candle/ One Fur All Pets also are avid proponents of animal adoption and have made it a part of our mission to help support non-profit, no-kill rescue groups across the United States. Regardless of one’s preferences for a type of animal or even breed of animal we strongly believe that there are devoted volunteers and rescue supports who are unified in the cause of saving lives. We are proud to help to highlight and support the efforts of rescue groups in all parts of the USA. One Fur All; All for Pets!

Disney Pictopia

Pictopia Disney Edition is a board game for 2 to 6 player’s and ages 7 and plus. I recently got to review this game and below are some features 200 Cards (1000 Questions), 30 Wager Coins, 1 Game Board, 6 Movers, 6 Scoring Dials, 1 Die. The object of the game is to team up in this uniquely collaborative yet competitive trivia game with 1,000 questions covering the World of Disney! During the game, everyone gets a chance to show off their knowledge from Disney Jr. and Disney XD to the Disney Parks and classic films. Players place wagers based on knowledge of those images, and then work together or on their own, to answer the question. It helps with family together-time, strategic thinking, cooperation and teamwork.

My Opinion: I have always loved board games and find them more family bonding moments then video games as you really have to use your brain and interact with others. You can use this as an ice breaker to meeting anyone new such as a cousin, niece or babysitting. I love it and I have so much fun playing.

Capresso On The Go Coffee Maker Review & Giveaway

I recently got to review Capresso on the go personal coffer maker which comes with a stainless steel travel mug along with being H-12" x W-5¼" x L-6½" and weighing a mere 3 pounds. This can be used with coffee pods or ground coffee and inside it has a fill line for the coffee and you can make it as strong or any way you like it. Here are some additional benefits and details full stainless steel housing for superior strength and style, heats up quickly to the perfect temperature of 200°F for properly extracted coffee, large shower head for perfect saturation and extraction,

Brews in less than four minutes, removable permanent filter are easy to use and clean; eliminates the need for paper filters. Large permanent filter can hold up to 6 tablespoons of medium ground coffee for maximum strength, adjust strength by adding less ground coffee. As an added convenience and safety feature, the unit automatically shuts off after the brew cycle is complete. It also includes an On/Off button to save energy when not in use. Use the mug to measure out the water before filling the water tank to ensure no coffee will overflow.

My Opinion: This is something that can easily be fit into any office rather at home or out of the home. I love the fact you can make one cup to brew as you are heading out the door and so light weight to carry. What I do not like is the fact I need a filter as I can never get all the grounds out and they end up in my kitchen sink. I like using pods better as the grounds are contained and can’t get out.
