My Meaningful Life Journal A Book of Self Discovery

My Meaningful Life Journal A Book of Self Discovery with art By Stephanie Baxter from Peaceable Kingdom. This journal is a place for kids to explore and express all their feelings the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between. It's a place for kids to discover what makes them tick and what makes them sing! 100 pages of engaging prompts and activities encourage self-expression and self-discovery. Some things that you will find inside this journal are first off welcoming you and to use this book any way you want to as well as being honest as you will be surprised at what you discover and learn about yourself and really dive in. Do something close your eyes and listen….

And then write about it and put today’s date and what you hear do you hear a butterfly, a bird singing, somebody snoring. Another exercise in this journal is express yourself make a difference starts with a tiny step forward, do a doodle on this page to represent your peak time of day. You can use that perfect circle as a starter, finish it off any way you want.

My Opinion: I think this is a great journal as you can write down how you feel, learn, discover, write down questions, and in the back of the book you can have a laughter time capsule so when you’re feeling sad or lonely you can open it up and read funny things. This is great for a teenager as they are going through difficult times in life just in high school and stress of college etc. or maybe a child that lives in a home that is not the right environment they could get some comfort from this book.
