I received in the mail as part of a product review 3 DVD’s and they are called Yoga 4 Athletes with Argie Tang. The first dvd is called Pulse Yoga 1 which is basic yoga, strengthen and tone key areas, free weights use how to apply, teach core awareness and stretch commonly tight areas; For an introduction to pulse yoga. The second dvd I got was Pulse Yoga II which teaches Balancing and Toning by the use of free weights, tone and strengthen key areas like the abdomen, lower back, upper arms and gluteus, teach core awareness, stretch chronically tight areas such as the hamstrings and hip flexors. The last dvd I got was Pulse Yoga Express which is 30 minutes of Pulse Yoga and addresses the major workout needs weights, strengthen and toning key areas, stretching. Try them today and see which is your favorite dvd or if you can’t choose that is ok.
