Being at home this Easter was different from the
norm as you had to be quarantined. I live 12 hours from my family so I had to
call and decided since the weather is getting better for a snack I am making
s’more with my Stuffed Puffs which can give you the summer camping feel.
Stuffed Puffs with rich chocolate melted by a nice toasted marshmallow,
sandwiched between crispy graham crackers.
Sounds yummy except a lot of the
times the chocolate doesn’t melt and can lead to an unsatisfactory treat.
My Opinion: I did mine on the stove due to high
winds and fire danger and I burned it nicely and I loved the flavor. I just
wish the chocolate in the middle would melt more but maybe I did not do it correctly and they make a great Easter treat and
Easter basket fillers.
