INTRINSIC 2017 Red
Blend ($25): INTRINSIC Red Blend is the perfect wine to sip at
Friendsgiving or during a socially distant get together over the holidays. It’s
a blend of 51% Malbec, 49% Cabernet Franc.
This blend and opens with
refined notes of raspberry, white tea leaves, a hint of fresh mint, and
lavender. The flavors are layered with milk chocolate fig reduction, dark plum, and licorice root.
My Opinion: This did go good for Thanksgiving to sip
with dinner and enjoy with dessert. I was not a huge fan of the mint in my
drink as I like mint but not in my drinks.
