I used this on my chicken and I went light on the rub as I wanted to see how strong of a flavor it was and I must admit I wished I put more on as it was subtle but very tasty I know next time to really put more on. I am trying it on pork next and I am really going to let the rub sit for a few hours and see how it comes out. I love blackberry and honey so this was different and I never would have thought of using a rub combining these two flavors.
