I have been looking for new ways to relive stress besides walking and working out as I do not always have time for that so way surfing the internet as saw National Best Seller Color Me Happy by art therapist Lacy Mucklow and illustrated by Angela Porter this coloring book has over 100 coloring templates that is a guided coloring book designed for busy adults. Organized into therapeutically themed chapters, this book examines the benefits of putting pencil to paper and offers adults an opportunity to channel their anxiety into joyful creative accomplishment. It has been designed for each development in technology, our lives become more complicated. We move through our days in a blur of emails, text messages, and social networking. This non-stop stimulation has left us stressed out and distanced from the joys of the present moment.

My Opinion: I really have been using these to help with my recent anxiety and stress I have been feeling daily since I have not had a full time job and focusing on my blog, finding work and being there for my family to help which has made me busier then when I was working. The book is in a paperback with bright and detailed designs. I like this and plan on sharing these with my sisters maybe even give as a Christmas gift.

BitterSweet Flower Design Steel Bracelet Holiday Gift guide 2015

I have long hair and most days I wear it down but sometimes it is so hot on the back of my neck and just in the way I wish I had brought a pony elastic to pull it up and get the thick hair off my neck but I realized that I did not so I have to stay very hot and uncomfortable which makes me moody. I recently discovered BitterSweet they make bracelets that holds pony elastics so you can wear it. I got the Flower Design Steel Gold which fits wrists size 6.75” and has a cute flower design at both ends and made with stainless steel with gold ionized plated finish. Bracelet comes with hair tie elastic in the color of your choice and the bracelet can accommodate both skinny and thick hair tie elastics.

My Opinion: I like the bracelet but it does not fit my wrist so this will end up being a Christmas gift for someone I know that has a smaller wrist then me and will wear it. The flower on the bracelet is a nice feminine touch and the hair tie does fit and stay snuggly in place and I found it easy to remove and put back on.
