With Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2017, I want to let you know about Peaceable Kingdom they have a wide selection of Valentine’s Day cards for kids that you don’t see everywhere else when you go into the stores. 

I got Scratch & Sniff Cherry Cupcakes Valentines which includes 28 cupcake cards (you get seven each of four styles) and envelopes along with being cherry scented the sayings on the cards are:

This book does offer some great tips from calorie consumption to beginner phase work out that does show you a weekly schedule and illustrated picture that makes it easy to follow. I really like it so I am going to give it a shot.

When was the last time you looked forward to walking on the treadmill? Country Heat changes everything with this great music, and by great we mean great and the moves are simple line dance inspired. Autumn Calabrese is the instructor for this video and you will learn six dance moves one is Country Swing go little wild with songs like “Young &Crazy” while you crank up the calorie burn with moves like the Grease Step and 2-Timing Hop. Giddy up stomp your feet as speed up your heart rate. Moves like Scuff Squats and Saddle Jumps work your legs includes, with songs like “Fake ID” help you forget you're burning major calories.

My Opinion: I do really like how easy the moves are on these as you work your way up to intensity meaning day one you do country swing day to you do country swing day three and four giddy up day five-country swing in day six giddy up again so you can get comfortable with the routine. I also like the meal plan ideas along with the portion control containers they are very helpful. I’ve just started my journey with this so we’ll see how far I can get I’m shooting to at least lose 40 pounds by summer as I’d like to wear a bikini some year.
