My Opinion: I do really like how easy the moves are on these as you work your way up to intensity meaning day one you do country swing day to you do country swing day three and four giddy up day five-country swing in day six giddy up again so you can get comfortable with the routine. I also like the meal plan ideas along with the portion control containers they are very helpful. I’ve just started my journey with this so we’ll see how far I can get I’m shooting to at least lose 40 pounds by summer as I’d like to wear a bikini some year.
