Coffee Blocks

A new way to drink your coffee is Coffee blocks which are made with only five  ingredients Clarified Butter from Grass Fed Cows, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Organic Egg Yolk, Organic Vanilla and Coffee of course. These come in 1.1-ounce packets and you just open the package and squeeze into a cup, and 12 ounces of water plus 4 ounces of water at room temperature mix and enjoy.

My Opinion: It has a very interesting flavor and will taste good with added sweetener and cream which I did add as I like it sweet not black. I was unsure what the coconut oil would do but it made it taste good I am impressed. The portability of the Coffee Blocks is a plus as I can throw one in my purse and use at work, hiking, camping, traveling and more. The smell is also amazing the vanilla and coffee together.

When it comes to oral care and your body I have to say I never thought my toothbrushes and floss needed to be eco-friendly not to mention made from natural products. I just never thought of it and now that I have tried them and learned more about Woobamboo! I have changed the way I look at oral care products. I was sent some toothbrushes to review and they are Soft, Super Soft and Medium with a Slim Handle these are  what women and teens seem to ‘lean’ towards the sleek, straight look of this streamlined, bamboo handle. The grip is a bit smaller than its Standard Adult sibling and instead of four rows of bristles, there are three! And just like the full line of toothbrushes, there’s a lot to be said about going natural. Let it start with your toothbrush. We’ll talk about your roots later.

           I also got the Soft, Super Soft and Medium Standard Handle the beautiful bamboo handle provides a wavy grip that sits in the curve of your palm and offers a natural place for your thumb. A very light coating of Chinese white wax coupled with the already anti-microbial nature of bamboo assures you that not only are you doing something healthy for your mouth but that you are not harvesting a germ fest on the handle. We offer three bristle strengths in beautiful colors to add “pop” to your bathroom countertop. Know what’s nice? Woobamboo! Toothbrushes will fit into your toothbrush holder!

Natural Floss that is made with natural silk and eco-friendly as flossing is important as it helps get that entire funk out from in between your teeth. Using regular floss is typically non-biodegradable plastic string in the garbage! You don’t have to be president of the environmental club to imagine what thousands of miles of plastic floss in oceans and landfills can do our planet’s animal inhabitants.

My Opinion: I am liking my toothbrushes I always go for a soft one so this is perfect and feels good on my teeth and the floss I enjoy the feel on my teeth and when I am using it I smile as I am doing something good for the environment and being eco-friendly so it does not end up in the landfill and take years to leave this earth.

Music Mondays Prince

We lost another music legend last week Prince so today's Music Mondays is going to honor him and his music. I am impressed that he was able to lead such a private life even though he was such a music legend. R.I.P. and you left this earth to early.

But great distraction for road trips in the car, flying and at the doctor’s office.

I suffer from dry, cracked skin mostly in the cold winter months but now in April, I seem to still have dry, cracked skin which I have yet to find anything to help heal. I was excited to try Zim’s again as it has been a couple of years since I have. My Opinion: I used the liquid at night when I went to bed and on my feet and so far I have noticed that my feet seem to be less dry and looking much better as before they were so dry and cracking. The scent was also tolerable and not too strong of a  scent on my nose.

My Opinion: I like the uniqueness of the Mother’s Day gift and the way it arrives in a cute white box but I would spruce up the box to show more of a pop. Also, some of the fortune cookies are a bit crisp but have nice mom-themed fortunes inside.

My Opinion: I have been out of work for almost nine months and feeling some stress and anxiety so I found this book helped me to relax and forget about my worries. I had fun coloring the scenes and reading the quotes of inspiration.
